I was raised in a Christian home with parents that took me to church.
I felt that just being good and going to church was a way to get to heaven.
My childhood was very troubled. My home life was very volatile.
Many words describe my life before Christ: lost, hopeless, empty, and heartache…
Before I met Christ I was absolutely lost. As a child, I felt unwanted by my parents and was just drifting with my friends, experimenting with different things.
At age eleven I accepted Jesus as my Savior and Lord.
At an early age, I became involved in drugs and alcohol. By the time I was 25 I had already been married and divorced twice.
Being a good girl could not save me from my sins. Only Jesus could do that.
Before knowing Christ my life was very confusing. I was striving to seek my purpose in life.
I was raised in church as a child, but my family was very broken. My adolescent life before Christ was filled with darkness.
