I was brought up in a family that was constantly connected in the church. In a sense, I was blessed to have a support system that kept me involved in doing the right thing. God, family, and sports was my life at an early age.

I accepted Christ into my life when I was 13 years old. And yes I know you might think, how can a 13 year old actually know what it means to be saved? But I grew up in a family that supported me and wanted me to make the decision when I knew God was pulling my heart towards Him. I felt God moving me and proclaimed my love for Christ in front of my church.

Life after God has never been easy. There are struggles where life is going bad and you ask God, “why me?”. I have found that a relationship with God overpowers any struggle. No matter what issue on earth, whether it be family, money, loneliness, or health, God is one prayer away. “I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

There’s more to life than breathing and feeling – Real life is only found in Jesus Christ.
