The most important thing that ever happened to me was not only accepting Christ as my personal savior but also turning my life over to Him.

I grew up in the church and accepted Christ as my savoir as a young girl. As I grew older I drifted away from God, living my life according to my wants and desires. I was living the American dream, I had it all; money, a successful career, marriage, family, friends, and a church life. However, I always felt an emptiness in my life and quite often asked myself, “Is this all there is to life?”

Then one day in church I realized the one thing missing in my life was a personal relationship with God. Ashamed, I had ignored Him all those years I dropped to my knees asking Him for forgiveness and to use me for His will. The Holy Spirit filled my soul and since that day the emptiness has been gone. My new life is all about serving God. The blessings are far greater than all the things I accomplished on my own. My life now has meaning and purpose.

There’s more to life than breathing and feeling – Real life is only found in Jesus Christ.
