I was a kid who wanted to live for myself. I had a rebellious spirit with my parents when things did not go my way in life. I appeared to be a good kid by going to church and saying the right things to everyone else, but I knew what I was really like. At the age of 14 I realized that life is not all about me and that my rebellion needed to change.
I was listening to a sermon and realized that I wasn’t the good kid that everyone had told me I was. I realized that I rebelled against my parents and ultimately against the Lord. I realized I was a sinner, realized my need for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. I professed that Jesus died on the cross for me, was buried and on the third day rose from the dead. I turned from my sin and proclaimed Jesus as the boss of my life.
